“First half was a disaster. I got demolished right from the start. I knew I had to wait out the CPOMB onslaught and hope to have players left for a turn 8 retrobashing. I didn't do a thing in that first half other than die. Nothing went my way.

Second half started with me removing 2 players right away. Up men, I was able to spread his defences. I let him believe he had chances in order to sideline a couple of his best players. The silly thought worked and I was able to do what he did and stall the half out.

OT resulted in him receiving. Ball went somewhat deep and away from his set up. Again I charged him, trying to spread his 9 players out. I was able to Pow the ball loose and get possession. The first half being forgotten by my opponent, he started to remark on my luck. Still feeling that I got the short end of the stick, from the first half I asked to please not talk about the luck after his Amazing First half. He left without saying good bye and thanks for the game after I scored the winning TD. Poor sport? Maybe. I would have been feeling crummy after crushing my opponent in the first half, to then be owned the rest of the game. I would have said thanks for the game none the less, because Im not that kind of guy.
