“In 1st Half, we were receiving their kick, and they were receiving our punches. :P
Still, though barely using ReRolls (no GFI rolls or such un-orcish nonsense), we were either a bit too slow to run into their End Zone, or too clumsy to catch a Hand-Off.
Our catchers excuse was that it was raining, so the ball slipped...
In other words, their defence was very good.
In 2nd Half, still at 0-0, their Elf was about to pass the ball to a very well caged receiver that was in 1-Turn range of our End Zone (we messed up our defence, partly because the coach was too clumsy to click properly...).
That might have easily lead to an Invasion Cube victory, since it's very unprobable we could have breached their cage or managed to score a TD as well until turn 16.
But, the ball was still slippery from all the rain, - so after the respective Turnover and an Orc-favoring brawl (and dispatching the unlucky Elf to the K.O. box), we somehow managed to pick the thing up and win.
Nuffle bless!
GG :)”
