We stunned some Elves while Santo picked up. The Lizards followed the path left up a flank and Santo scored near a quarter way through the match. Before that a gang had surrounded Superiore and kicked at him so the ref sent off one of the Elves in disgust, and also Ultimatos needed apo attention after a shock hit from superstar Molson.
At next kickoff a rabid fan stunned Rio Grande with a rock while another threw one with all his strength to badly hurt an Elf lino. Molson then angrily badly hurt a skink. Superiore showed some power to kill a rookie and the little period of bashing ended with Dry scoring after he was chainpushed away from diving tackle skinks.
A crucial drive was to come. Santo was almost completely surrounded by teammates but foolishly a gap was left for an Elf to leap in and Diablo was dumbfounded so not able to Guard. Kiwi leapt in and struck down the carrier. We recovered and struck Kiwi down but couldn't hurt him. He then leapt again and was successful with an equal strength hit while India picked up and dodged, and passed to Sundance who dodged away from Ultimatos to score. Impressive.
We set up for some more hits before half time but it was a skink who ended up being carted off the pitch.
Second half we faced 7 and saw some hope when, after some Elves dodged around, Molson tripped next to Ultimatos on the sidelines and was killed as he hit his head on the turf. Rio Grande then had a great chance to charge and take down Kiwi with the ball in their backfield. But the Saurus fell next to him! That was followed by great work by Kiwi, Dry and Sundance to dodge, pass and handoff for the winning TD.
After that we got one back and as Elves tripped up and were ko'd we had a chance for 3 skinks to blitz Kiwi. but the third slipped and he escaped again.
Later we tried to get a ball to a Saurus but he wasn't interested. We end defeated and only caused 1 casualty to the Elves 3 today, though two Elves end dead!
