“Players of the match goes to the Underdogs' fans who stole all the sheep from the surrounding hills and released them on the unsuspecting Norse at the opening whistle. The woolly stampede stunned almost the whole Cubist team allowing veteran face rearranger Sno-jo to go to work stamping on the opposition. By the time the Norse regained their feet several of their best players were out of action and the U-dogs were running in for an early score. The Underworlders made their numerical superiority count through the rest of the match and came tantalisingly close to clearing the pitch by the end of the game, only failing due to the heaps of sheep poo sticking to their stomping boots and softening the impact.

Once more the U-dogs win through due to the love of Nuffle rather than any skill of the part of the players or coach. Hopefully the sacrifice of the unfortunate Tail-Spin will cause Nuffle to continue blessing my dice.”
