#6 Kit Katte – Broken Ribs (MNG)
In the post match conference coach Bd was asked why he played so cautiously this match after the clean sweep in the previous fixture. He replied: "it was hot and we hadn't yet recovered from our mid-week outing".

All round a pretty lack-lustre performance in the heat from the elve

#1 Eric – Groin Strain (MNG)
#9 Snorky – Gouged Eye (MNG)
An unexpectedly quick rematch with the elvish led to the first ever standings point, er ... first ever standings points not given in sympathy, I guess.

Vive managed to wait until turn 7 to score in the first half, although the Ninns did get in a few shots on the ball carrier and at least scared the elves a little. But the difference between last week's disappointment and this was that the Ninns were successful in reducing the elves numbers over the course of the drive. This, combined with the heat, led to a second half that started 8 on 6. While it took a while for the Chaos to secure the ball after a nasty kick off, they survived elvish attempts to steal it out and due to sheer numbers eventually caught it. Sparr was monstrous with the ball, scoring the team's first TD and nearly helping to convert a two-turn TD at the end of the first half (it was a 3+ dodge and a GFI away!) Max Spleenripper waited and then was forced into the game turn 7 of the first half, throwing one KO before being banished, pretty much a waste.

The Ninns now face their biggest game of the season against the one team in the standings they can catch. In preparation for the rotters, the team will watch Donald Trump on an endless loop to prepare for foul appearance.
