“NWFL Season 15 game game 7

finish the 1st half at 3/2/2..so a winning record--just barely. Tough game despite having a major numbers advantage most of the game--almost cleared the pitch by the end.

1st half the touchback is given to White and he proceeds to follow his blockers up the pitch. Eventually, a hole is opened up and he dashes towards the EZ, but is one square short. the rookie Witch, Penemue Actaea, dodges free and makes a -2d block on White (block/dodge, STR 5) and gets POW/POW. This effectively stops the Raider TD attempt in the 1st half. The elves punt the ball next turn and there is a scramble on the other side of the pitch. One the Hobgoblins manages to get the ball eventually and attempts a pass to White, but the throw is inaccurate (perhaps, I should have tried the Bull to Bull pass instead, as the last RR was used to pick up the ball...) Go to half with a 0-0 tie.

2nd half starts with the Korsairs down to 6 elves on the pitch. As they try to sprint in for a TD, the Zhar Naggarund defense actually holds and forces the turnover. Slowly, the number of elves on the pitch is reduced so that eventually, only one is left (or was it 2..can't remember if that last block removed the player or not) and Campbell, the Ball hog that he is, sprint in for the Winning TD on turn 8.

no new skills, hire the Journeyman but name him wrong. Hopefull a nice Admin will see my support ticket and change his name from Howard Deepeag to Al de'Geko.
