“We faced WMDs for the 2nd time in a row. However we were not expecting them to be as lax in their blocking as in our previous win. We brought in two Bloodweiser beer kegs for recoveries.
First half was a close affair. Kraklow scored though we suffered 3 Kos on the way and only caused 1. All players returned for their drive. Black Wights cas'd a beast but was in turn ko'd along with a zombie. Superstar Beast Sexton skulled on the flank and that gave us a chance with Faceless Hunter then wrestling down the exposed carrier. The ball scattered. But Faceless Hunter and Werdna were then both pushed off the pitch and another zombie was ko'd too! On top of that a Beastman picked up the ball and dodged through our line and a Chaos Warrior also dodged to cover the carrier from any hard blitzes. What a turn! Duke Death couldn't do much about it so it was 1-1 at half-time.
The pain really occurred in the 2nd half as we were getting seriously clawed. Villains were off the pitch far too regularly. We took some off in reply but not enough. Faceless Hunter still being ko'd was a big loss to our defensive threat. So Kraklow tried to be bold and go on his own to pursue the Chaos Warrior and co. But he was powed down and then Kartz the remaining DP beast killed him! What a loss. The ag4 superstar ghoul. As I knew really from Draknil's death (previous ag4 Ghoul legend) it isn't worth trying to save the day against stronger players with a lone, key ball carrier Ghoul against a team that likes to foul and claim scalps. But we just didn't want to give up. But he went down and we went down 2-1.
The Forgotten Villains will be back but high TV without a good carrier will be tough. Will we be lucky enough to get yet another ag4 ghoul again?
Addendum: Seal caused 2 casualties in this match and 1 in the previous v the same team. Seal really hates WMDs, the team he played for in life!”
