“I 100% stole this match from Fang. It should have, at best, been a tie for me.
I received in the first half, and was just absolutely surrounded in the middle of the pitch with nowhere to advance. I had to try something, and sure enough, dodging out dumped me to the ground. It was then that a crafty ag4 Blitzer took over, and stormed down the pitch to end the first half. The KO's were numerous for both sides, but everyone but 1 Orc strolled back in for the 2nd.

From there, Fang advanced the ball along the top sideline, but a timely, fortunate 1d Blitz freed the ball, and sent it starting up the field the other way. With that pesky ag4 Blitzer looming, and a Wight with the ball that didn't Blodge, I punched it in on my turn 6.

Kick off punched the ball deep into the backfield, but it was 11 Necro guys against 7 Orcs remaining. I swung the werewolf into the backfield in case I could find a way to get a ball there. Sure enough, the Orcs tried to punt deep, but Margaretville dodged to get it, threw it to a Wight. The Wight went and handed it to John Burroughs (the WW), and he trotted into the end zone with what feels like a dirty, dirty win.

Fang absolutely pounded me in the first half. Great job on the defensive side of the ball. He elected to try and shield the ball up top by tossing the ball back to a Blodge Blitzer with a good line underneath. He had felt safer being up along the sideline, but it was a very fortunate Dodge and 2 GFI to put a hit on the ball and free it. Just extreme fortune for me in the 2nd half.
