“A closer game than the final score would suggest, and a lot closer than the last time this coach faced the Tree Huggers (0-7 against my ogres). The wood elves did an awesome job popping the ball out and holding on to it for their three quick TD's, the last one at the very last moment. At half-time the score was 1-1 and the Amazons were receiving the ball, so the excitement was high. Shyla completed 6 passes, including a sort-of-fumbled dump-off pass to a blitzer which she promptly dropped and which bounced back to Shyla who was standing next to her, and under Fumbbl rules she got an SPP for that strange maneuver.

Lily was fouled cruelly in the first half and the Amazon coach used the apothecary to save her. Fortunately there were no more permanent injuries and the good doctor was able to patch Lily's otherwise fatal injuries up to get her back on the pitch.”
