Unhappy fans started the match with a stadium clearing pitch invasion.
Coach Kaufman knew it would be difficult to persuade his boys to stay in the fight after having had to wait for the Stallions bus, but the fans certainly were not to be convinced to express their frustration for such a long wait for the game.
Early outs from solid hitting from the Stallions had the panthers playing from behind for the majority of the game.
