Could this be the last rivalry game with UNAM? Karak officials are getting tired of not wining and look ready to just fire all the players and start over....
1st half the Techies look like a real dwarf team as they march down the field and score as time is running out. But there were a few signs that the 2nd half would not be so good. Trey is felled by a foul early, and the KAMU players foul with abandon (even ball carrier Ray got one in). Karak hurt a couple of zombies, while the Pumas took out real players. 1-0 at halftime, but the Dwarves of Karak would only field 10 players.
2nd half was a disaster for the Techies. Players fell left and right to blocks and fouls. By the time UNAM scored mid-way through the half there were only 5 or 6 Dwarves on the pitch. With only 6 players to field, all looked like it would be an easy Malditas scoring drive, but Ray got the ball and ran back towards his own EZ. As the Horrors of UNAM rushed forward a little, Ray ran up into their midst and punted the ball deep into their territory. As UNAM pummeled what was left of the dwarven squad, Benjas Got the ball and tried to run in with it, tripping over the well hidden wire coach Xeterog had installed during a break in the action.
1-1 tie game. makes the record 1-1-6 for the season with one to go.
JD got MB (like it matters). Three players are likely to miss their last game ever. Maybe Trey can convince the administration to keep him around...
