“Another challenge for the gobbos, picking on second chaos crew in a day. Gobbos held their own nicely, doing some fine blocking and fouling. As both teams were very short on basic blocking skills, lots of the blocking was farcical at best... suicidal at worst.

Cool things which happened:

Three gobbos ganged up on ball carrier beastman who was staying back deep, and the 'ooligan managed to knock the ball loose, pick it up and run it in for the leading 1-0 touchdown!

Gobbos had a shot at preventing the draw on the very last turn, when brave goblin Ivan dodged through a line of beastmen, two die uphill blocked the ball carrier--both down.... when the dust cleared, the beastman was lying down, ball next to him... but Ivan was nowhere to be seen... where he'd just stood ramained only a puddle of bright red blood and a full set of yellowed goblin teeth.

The teeth were arranged in a big smile, Nuffle's send-off to his bravest little gobbo this day!

Beastmen managed to pick-up and hand-over the ball to tie the game, but all the gobbos could take about at the campfire that night was Ivan's magnificent sacrifice.
