But a draw is a win.
So this was an excellent game!
Rats received, did some blocking, positioning, then fumbled the pickup of the deep kicked ball. Treeman chucked a fling down field, and he ran in, picked up the ball and took the lead on the very first turn of the flings' game!
Rats stalled it out for an equalizer at the end of first half.
Second half, rats grabbed the ball from under the noses of the bumbling little guys and pulled ahead... flings managed a 2-2 halfway through second half, then held out for a draw--I mean a fling win :).
Good fun, sadly only a single foul (!). Got my first dirty player after the game.”
