A bit too overconfident with the stall on the first half, and if the ball had bounced off the pitch or something else had gone wrong, I'd have been fighting for the draw. But this was an odd one - I rerolled blocks when I didn't need to, and every time didn't get punished - in fact, I think every time I rerolled I got a pow, so it was like getting beginner's luck again after 700 matches.
Second half, with KOs still sleeping and a dead bloater, I tried to be as conservative as I could. Colossal Squid needs a harder head and the confidence to stand firm when people hit him, but the rest of the team did themselves proud, battering some of the great and good of the fumbbl scene. Not quite the nailbiter that all our other matches have ended in, but that did save my nerves at the end of the evening :)
