KAMU wins their 1st game of the season in OT
1st half the Teckie defense was not able to stop the advance of the CC Hawks. However, they did force Northen Virginia to score a little early. This gave the Offense a resonable chance to score, but was not able to capitalize on it.
2nd half saw KAMU's offense put together a nice slow drive for the Tying TD, leaving little time on the clock for N.Virginia to score. On to OT
OT had the Teckies win the toss and score relatively quickly. Having 3/4 RR's to start the OT (Vs 0 for the CC Hawks) helped a lot, as 2 of them were used as Kid Longlegs blitzed for the TD.
Unused to winning, coach Xeterog ran off before the MVP's were chosen, so he had no input on who might get one.
Turns out Zachery got it, and took a random skill for his 3rd one..Multiple block!!!
