Another great game versus AFK_Eagle, who is always nice to chat AND play with. Very close game, I was able to apply serious pressure on defense and I must say that my opponent came up with pretty amazing plays each time he scored.

For my part, I must admit that I was a bit disoriented on reconnection and didn't realize I had to score so quick I ended up rushing it and failing a re-rolled catch which left me trailing 1-0 after the half. I was able to tie it up twice although those blitzers were applying serious pressure in the back field.

On the team progression front, my uber-beastman didn't age at 76, gaining himself Tackle and a legitimate shot at Legendary status. Some have already compared him to the infamous Reverend "The Thing" Carson S. Cepants. The very dangerous Jerome was also saved from death by the team doctor, who's going to spend the week at the playboy mansion as a reward for his incredible work saving the warrior.

Alexandre is closing in on his feared 126 spp aging roll, some have also noticed that he's been handing off the ball a awful lot more than passing these days. We'll see how that goes in the next few games...

Sry to anybody wanting to watch the game review...massive disconnect problems mean the action picks up in like turn 6 of the first half. But it was pretty much the same both before and after the break--terrific strategizing on both sides of the ball, if I do say so myself! Terrificly fun game, no real damage to each side (other than possibly aging on my opponent's super-beastman), more than willing to have a rematch down the line.

Pity the replay isn't complete...this would be a perfect addition to the "example games" section of the help pages...
