“A fun game against a fun opponent.

I lost this game mainly due to bad luck, but also a couple of silly mistakes. My opponent played very well and did not make any mistakes so full credit to him regardless for exploiting my bad luck and bad play heh.

I started with a careless block and got a single Skull, rerolled into a Skull. This eventually cost me a TD. During this same passage of play, I used the wrong player to blitz, just clicked on the wrong one altogether... clicked on someone who was two squares away heh. It was careless play like this at the beginning that put me behind.

I later rolled snake eyes to set up a score and this cost me an almost certain TD to draw the match and instead I fell behind 0-2..

At the end of the first half it was 42% luck vs 58% luck. I missed so many dodges and hand offs and catches it was pretty funny.

Second half, my more powerful hitting started to give me an advanatage but it was too late. At 2-3 down on the turn 8 kick off I needed a Blitz or Injury Time to have a chance of tying and it was not to be (and one should not rely on lucky kick off results to save/win matches anyway).

It was a very fun game, but I definately got the crappy end of the luck in pretty much the entire first half or I might have drawn this one as I might have only been trailing by one TD or had even scores at half time.

Still, no one got any permanent injuries and I got a nice wad of cash so it was all good :).”
