I knew I'd need lot of luck vs this very skilled darkelf team, Tautology opted for a wizard while I fielded Morg (had troubles deciding between him or Nobbla+wizard).
However he had only 11 men so I figured if I'd be lucky with some Cas/KOs early on I might still have hope.
It was not to be! After my opponent scored in turn 8 I got a shot at equalizing with a flying gobbo, everything goes well and no reroll is used - until he lands and scatter 3 steps back which put him 1 step away from being able to score - DUH!!!

Next half he kick the ball (without kickskill) in my very bottom right corner, I run there with my ag4 thrower, snakeeyes on pickup and the ball scatter out of bounds and come on to the pitch again just perfect for the darkelves to come down and pick it up and put sufficient cover for it, about 24678 powless dice later 0-2 and game over.

As comfort for the frustrating game I managed to avoid 2 51spp aging rolls and got nice winnings, I had hoped to put up more resistance but with all weirdness and lack of pows and good KOrolls I stood no chance.

The Cup didn't need more orcs though so I wish Tautology best of luck in the main event, he was a nice guy and a good coach so it's gonna be interesting to see what his pesky blodge/sidestep/dt crew can achieve against tougher opponents!”
