Ah well, the end of the road for my Orks. It has been a fun ride, but the last 20 games have yielded 2-8-10 and it is time to move on after many many memorable fun times.

This game was cruel to start off with. My opponent made all four niggle rolls and the handicaps were Doom and Gloom, Morley's and something else.

I had a really crappy first half with the dice, with 16% luck near the end of my first turn (on opponent's screen it said 25%). I also had two players niggled and the apothecary fail. Meanwhile, my opponent had 70% luck near the end of the first half.

Second half was a walkover with his entire team (less one DP) vs 7 players (my 2 KO didn't wake up). I got some decent rolls in the second half to semi threaten the ball carrier, but never enough to actually pose a serious threat.

My opponent certainly played well and deserved the win. It was just impossible to do much with my first half rolls. If I had even stunned his Mummy with my 5 player DP foul, I mighta had a chance to protect the ball better and maybe even score, but it was not to be.

Ah well, time for a new project. Good luck with the team Angelface, and excellent work with the player portraits. They were enjoyable to look at even whilst they your guys were stomping all over my team :)”
