Mighty Blow
Sslynn has stepped up when the skinks needed a hero in the conference. After a dismal start to the season Sslynn posted two touchdowns in three games to bring the skinks back up to mid table safety. This big lizard is eyeing off a role as enforcer, opting to take training sessions aimed at improving his striking power first up.
Ssylnn immediately put his new 'Smash stuff with fist' technique to work in his 4th game removing a troll slayer in the first turn. Trying to repeat his success on a longbeard first turn second half however proved to be a big mistake as his complete lack of blocking nous saw him carried off and unlikely to be back for the next match.
Continuing to surprise fans Sslynn has been practicing his dodging skills. After watching team mate Eyeuieelinsh neatly avoid an attempted charge by a rampaging bull centaur with some deft footwork this big lizard decided he wanted to do that too. Since nobody had the nerve to tell him he was too clumsy to be effective he persevered and may have actually been successful. It remains to be seen however if he can maintain his new found adroitness on the playing field.
Sslynn has slowed down a bit in recent matches and is becoming more of a brawler. With this in mind he recently took up training sessions to become better at bashing heads (literally) without losing his footing. Combined with his footwork and strength this should make him a sturdy rock to stand alongside kysht.
Sadly Kysht no longer stands with the team and Sslynn finds himself in unfamiliar territory as the leader of the forward pack. Although Xies continues to provide the direction from behind the lines, Sslynn will be expected to spearhead the lizard drives.
