TEAM ROLE: sticking the boot in!

A particularly fearsome example of halfling pirate culture, Bilibald "Billy" Belton is perhaps the most bloodthirsty buccaneer that Ryder's Cove has to offer. His pursuit of blood by any means necessary has upset even his teammates -- as has his weird obsession with the gods of Chaos. He's known for traveling with an axe he claims to have taken off the body of a pre-Harmony Borosian warrior he defeated in combat... this seems unlikely, but his weird devotion to the thing (which is far too big for him to wield) is stranger still.

Belton was not a Death's Head crew member, and between this fact and his off-putting demeanor, he has no real stature among his teammates. If he did have influence, though, he would be mildly opposed to returning to part-time piracy. (Though really, his only concern is how often he'll be able to maim and kill enemies -- Blood Bowl offers him the chance to get up close and gouge his boot into the foe, but if he could convinced that piracy was bloodier yet, he'd be all for it.)

PLAYER RULE: Belton must take any skill relating to fouling or hurting players before any other skill.
