Stevens got his first promotion to Lance Corporal in a 4-0 victory over dark elves Shadow Adepts, where he scored one touchdown and killed a witch elf. Well deserved promotion followed right after the game.
Second promotion was awarded in a 2-0 victory over dark elf team Monarchs of Mayhem. In this game Bert constantly harassed the dark elf attack, and ripped the ball from a thrower, earning Commandoes their first td after a handoff to a Chris Bowman (who scored twice in the game). Then in the second half he tied up three opponent players while other commandos secured the win.
For enduring 50 games in the harsh life of a bloodbowl player. Bert Stevens was given his well earned promotion to Sergeant.
Killing a troll in a game against orc team Honour and Strength gave this legendary commando his fourth promotion into staff sergeant. Young man is thriving more and more and his officership does not seem far away any more.
At the time of his death, Bert Stevens held the following records for Human lineman.
