Jaspar is an agent of the Chaos God Khorne, the God of Bloodshed. Well, it would be reasnoable to assume that Jaspar is an agent, spying on and trying to sabotage the works of the Slaaneshi cultists, but Jasper doesn't seem to make the slightest effort in hiding his afflication, at every kick-off running to the nearest opponent, attempting to tear out his throath with his bare teeth while shouting Khornate battle-cries. Either the Slaneeshi cultlists are so far up their own, each others and their opponents asses that they simpley don't notice Jasper, or maybe it is because Jaspers battle-cries are unintelligble due to him having his mouth full of innards and chunks of flesh, bitten off his opponents legs, arms and faces.
