Not to be outdone, Alexia began to see the rise of status of her team mate Anna-Sofia, who had gained access to super strength after her first game. Alexia then put in extra effort and her hard work was rewarded with a strength increase. The two girls albeit best of friends have entered into a friendly rivalry to be the best catcher for the team. Alexia is still someway behind Anna-Sofia but is driven and determined, and regardless is a great asset to the team.
She took her opportunity against a strong willed Khemri team to grab the headlines. Anna-Sofia was running the show by collecting the ball, but was heavily marked by the opponents and taken down several times. When the ball sprung loose Alexia lead the chase and then eventually touched down to seal victory in one of the tightest fought games the Panthers have had to face.
With her duties lying primarily with defense the rivalry between Alexia and Anna-Sofia for star catcher is simmered down. Alexia has now formed a defensive partnership with Christi that has seen the team go 4 games without conceding.
