Shortly after the Nuzzling Necroes started playing fantasy football plans were laid out to build a stadium, the Resurrection Dome. Plans were made, investors were found and a nice plot was acquired. But then everything went to a full stop when the city's planning department got involved. The plot was part of a larger agricultural zoning area and 13,023 different forms had to be filled in and discussed in the City Council. "It is for the good of the city" Arthur Noseham, the head of the city's planning department, said as he told the Nuzzling Necroes' management that the ETA had to be adjusted with about 372 years. No one has seen Arthur Noseham since, but a player named Zoning Rules did join the team that day.
