Mrs. Longbeard has shown excellent understanding of how to win Blood Bowl matches and is the playing coach of the team. She tells the boys what to do in the dressing room as well as on the pitch.
Her plans often involve herself as the one making the TD. Some says that's her way to compensate for all the years of putting the son's first. On the other hand noone else seem to get how to handle the ball.

In her 4th game the art of Block was greatly improved and in the 8th she acquired tactical skills making here the natural Leader of the team. In the 14th game she gained the Tackle skill to better help out in defense. After game 25 she learned how to Fend.
