"Ravens drink blood. If a raven is drunk, it's gotta be a bloody mess somewhere. And the Drunken Ravens are never sober!" The Drunken Ravens used to plunder and pillage little villages and towns for money to spend on ale and who... wine, until they happened to stumble into the house of a Bloodbowl coach who said they could take what they wanted but would they please play for his team? The Ravens agreed and after the very first training session no-one of the former players of the team was able to stand up straight let alone play Bloodbowl ever again. The team was renamed to Drunken Ravens the very next game and has been going strong ever since. The Ravens aren't well liked by fans in many places, as people remember the time when the Ravens trashed their favorite pub, but perhaps, in due time, the Drunken Ravens can win supporters, now that they're no longer trashing peoples homes but rather only trash their opponents and with good regularity themselves. The Ravens are currently lead by their Captain Freyar Steeleye, with Ragnar Blackhand and Fenrai Greytooth as his right and left hand. In nineteen games they have lost 6 crewmen to death, killed 7 foes and crippled 5. |
