First game, Roadkill United vs Laminate Them.

A bunch of amazons running around, thinking they can play ball as good as a big and strong gobba, we sure will show them who is da king around here.

Strangely enough that was not to be, The gobba all blamed things such as they got beaten up, unblelievable! Although, no gobba was hurt, something that I kind of had expected considering the amounth of replacements in the dugout....

We also found out that we had not only found a stupid troll and a stupid Ogre, they got the trait "Really Incredibly stupid". At one point, both failed their bonehead rolls two turns in a row! =)

At the last turn the gobbas had a chance to score a touchdown, taking the score to 2-2, something that would have made me very proud indeed of my gobbas, but honestly, but dont tell my gobbas ok? Im very pleased with managing to score 1 touchdown.

A fun game in a friendly way =)

Second game, Roadkill United VS Screaming Eagles

Yepp, that is a big zero for the gobbas and 6 for the pesky humans.

Now, wehn playing gobbas you got to have the gods favoring you to stand a good chance to score, not to mention to win a game! =)

Now, again, I wont say that I deserved to win this game against both a superior team headed by a superior coach, but my gobbas are not this bad, ok, they suck bigtime, oh again dont tell them I said so.. but not this much.

Im wondering if I could replace my troll with a big stone boulder on the field, it would do about as much use. After having failed 3 out of 4 bonehead rolls they scored. After I set up my team the hummies sure did a bad kick, and I ended up giving the ball to the troll, just for the hell of it =)
Well, he kept up his track record, by standing there and looking at the ball he suddenly had in his hand. He studied it curiously for a turn or two, checking to see what it tasted like, during that time the gobbas around got smashed and battered.... and when all gobbas where beaten up it was the trolls turn. But, now I thought the gods smiled upon me, the troll managed to succed with his bonehead roll!! I would be able to blitz him free, do a handoff to a gobba, and a touchdown would surely be mine! Probably I dont have to say that I rolled snakeeyes, double skulls. A pushback would have been enough, but alas, it was not to be. Well, I thought it couldnt get worse, but of course it could, my troll got knocked out! Oh, and of course the ball landed among the hummies =)

After seeing the last few players on the pitch get beaten up and the hummies score, I again knew I could depend on my troll, he refused to come out to the field and play. Do I have to say that the hummies scored again? I thought not.

Well, a brand new quarter, the troll was back, and a chance to score since I would recive the kick. I put up a solid line, waited for the kick, it was a high kick and while my stupid boyz followed the balls trajectory the hummies blitzed me. They surrounded the ball, beat up my entire block line, but there was still hope. I had a gobba who could get the ball, run, handoff, and a gobba would be well on its way for a touchdown! Well, of course the gobba was to excited to get a hold of the ball, even after encouraging yells from the coach. And, it got another statistical that every time i tried to do something with the ball, I would of course drop it, and somehow it would bounce, in cases severla steps, and end up in the hands of a human catcher.

Well, I wont tell more about the second quarter, now I am off to have an "encouraging" talk to my trusty boyz, as well as calling a wizard and see if the troll isnt really a piece of rock that happens to look like a troll =)

Game number 3, Roadkill United vs Blue Blitzer's
3-1

What can a proud Gobbo coach say? We WON we WON. I am impressed by the skill and tallent the gobbos showed on the pitch, I got to say that my gobbos had the help of the luck returning after the previous game, and that the opposing coach had just returned to the job as coach and took a few turns to get everything in order. Mine, as well as my opponents first surprise was that one of my gobbos blocked a Dark Elf blitzer, and im not entirely sure what happened there, but it ended with the Dark Elf lying dead on the pitch. Of course it was the gobbo "Strong Bob" who had a vicious reputation of being a brawler, but even so he was surprised by this event. We will try to get a investigation as to what happened on the pitch.

Elsewhere on the pitch... the gobbo-grinder fought its way across the pitch, and the Dark Elves got a few knocked out, and belive me, they refused to come back to the pitch strangely enough. Perhaps they refused to belive they had been knocked out by gobbos? Finally, a touchdown was made, the goblins cheered and almost forgot to line up to continue the game, they where actually leading a game!

The Dark Elves started to look for ways to turn the tide, and one of the tries was to gang up on my poor Ogre Juilus and fouling him. The kick obviously hit in a very sensitive area, and that rules out any hit to his head, and he rolled over DEAD! The apotecary rushed out to the field, and by a miracle Julius was saved, something that was followed by a loud shout of frustration from the opposing coach.
My Gobbos was able to blitz their ball carrier, get the ball, and make sure I had a 2-0 lead before half time.

After the break the Elves got their game in order, and used their speed and agility to great effect by rushing past in the flank. A few gobbos rushed over and waited for the blitz to come, and boy, was that a blitz. The gobba was to focused on hitting the Witch Elf and was easily tripped by the experianced Dark Elf blitzer who was guarding the Witch Elf. The gobba hurt himselves and a turnover was a fact. Something that the Witch Elf didnt fail to take advantage of, making the score 2-1.

But, Nuffle didnt favor the Dark Elves this day, in their excitement they managed to kick the ball off the field, resulting in the ball being carried by the Ogre. I was not realy to trust the Troll with it yet...

By now the Dark Elves where badly outnumbered, and even if the Ogre stood still and wondered what to do with the ball once in a while, the touchdown was unavoidable. And that was the final score of the game, 3 for the gobbos, one for the dark elves. It took me quite some time to realise that my little gobbos had won, but then again, I should thank Nuffle

Now, this was a game if there ever was. I got contacted by a most peculiar stranger before the game. I cant on this day recall the appearance of the strange, except it was something very peculiar, and not from this world. Anyways, this jollly nice stranger told me he would "change the paths" in my favour in the upcomming game. He was apperantly upset about some of his followers. And I was to correct it on the pitch. Anyways, that person, who when I think about it seemed to swirl and somehow change colors seemed like a total nutcase. What did he have to do with Blood Bowl?

Well, anyways, it was a good day for a game. I lost the toss and promtly got my boyz on the field. At once after the kick went soaring through the sky the kaos ogre launched himself at Julius. In his excitement they thundered into each other and both went sprawling, turnover!
Unfortunately things went just a bit to fast for my troll, who just gazed at me when I yelled at him to open up the Kaos defence. Nevertheless, the gobbo charge commenced. The fanatic swirled away, knocking down a chaos warrior, and the gobbos started running and dodging among the beastmen. Ugglo started a blitz up the flank of the field, knocking and stunning a beastman in the progress. Encouraged by the succes of the gobbo strategy Julius tried to toss in a goblin commando, sadly with the result of Julius fumbling the throw and Yglo crashed to the ground with a large chrunch!
Now the Chaos players got back the initiative, they grabbed the ball and set up a box of 3 players around the ball carrier, but ha! a box such as that has never bothered a gobbo worth his... uhm.. well, something.
Oh, Anyways, the gobbos tried out the inverted box, and suddleny three gobbos stood around the ball carrier, in the chaos box. This could either work, or hurt very much.... This time it became the former, my gobbos got knocked down, and they moved their box up the field.
Now, Ugglo steps up and shows what he is worth. A frenzied gobbo assualt on the Chaos box ends with Ugglo bliting a chaos warrior, who got Ugglos spiked helmet right through his hand, a Serious Injury!

The Chaos Box is finally smashed open by the fanatic, and the gobbos grab the ball and rush away to do a well deserved touchdown!
After some fumbling with the ball from both parts the first half is over.
Second half starts with an example of brilliant coaching, Jobalopa hands over the ball to Strong Bob, who in turn gets propeled into the air by Julius, and Strong bob rushes in, TOUCHDOWN!
By now my gobbos are so inspired that they start with a Blitz and rushes forth to swamp the ball carrier, this time we try with 5 gobbos, success! 2 are still on their feet when its my time to act. My gobbos manage to maul the Box, get the ball free, and Snoirla rushes for the end zone, unfortunately he gets so excited that the trips and drops the ball! A hunt to get to the ball commences, with a beastman being there first, but he is followed by a flood of gobbos, and especially, Ugllo the mighty. WIth a blitz he kicks the beastman so hard on the foot with his hobnailed boots that he is seriously injured, and then he picks up the ball and scores! What a star!
After a melee around the ball the game is over, with the result of a 3-0 win!!!
After the game Ugglo gets visited by the strange shape that visited me, and according to Ugglo he dont know what happened, but whatever happened, Ugglo got changed after the encounter, he sort of changed... and got sort of bigger. Strange. I heard Ugglo momble something about a reward...
