After thousands of years of arguing that Yorkshire folk were the best in the world, the Zombies accidently validated that argument. When the Zombie overlords were asked to select one region of mankind to be saved for use in the perverted experiments on the Blood Bowl pitch, there was a lack of flair in the selection process. Being Zombies they just deleted all provinces alphabetically and ran out of ammunition when they reached Yorkshire. By the time the Zombies discovered that they needed to manufacture amunition, a shrewd Yorkshireman had realised the situation and offered to supply the Zombies with the required ammunition, in excahnge for a zombie to move his finger down the list of deleted provinces by 1 line. The result was the masacre of areas such as Yukon, Yunnan and Xixang etc. Being the last province standing Yorkshire was then the place of choice for human slaves for perverted experiments!!! The so called experiments enabled the Zombies to improve human endurance and productivity, but only by breading the humans with the hardy livestock so abundent within Yorkshire.
