I was just going to call the team G.E.L.F. without the elves bit on the end but the team naming protocols said I couldn't just have capital letters which ruined it for me :( In the league rules it says fouling is only acceptable when both coaches agree. I can assure you that you are welcome to foul my players as long as you say so beforehand (before the game that is, not just before you cave his head in :P) and I will adjust my style accordingly. I won't skill any players with D.P. until I see other teams doing it. As for crowd pushing, unless you say otherwise I'm going to do it and expect it to be done to me too.
