Some would argue that the “other” university based on Altdorf, the Reikland State Scorpions, are just as successful as the Griffins, with a strong history of championship winning teams.

The Scorpions represent the largest university in the Empire and are the major rival of the Griffins, usually with the bowl game being decided between the two.
