The Rocking Rodents used to be the most famous rockband in the galaxy, playing at venues like Armageddon Hive, in front of billions of people, even getting a gig for Ghazgull Mag Uruk Thraka before his invasion of Armageddon. Winners of the Terra 40899 year award for Most Rocking Rockers, they subsequently got the best gig of their career: Playing for Khorne, the Blood God himself! Due to a new navigator or the space-ship, they got lost in a huge warp-storm, taking them millions of light years off course. Since the band were getting low on beer (they dont do any other drugs, honestly!) they decided to land on a planet close by. Figuring that their fame most surely have spread even here, they expected to be greated with open arms. And surely, when they landed, they could see a big sign saying Grobo Stronginthearm's Golden Bar! The owner of the bar, Grobo, a short, but strong in the arm dwarf, didn't quite greet them as they expected...

Losing most of the groupies and the whole massage-group in the ensuing battle, the band just managed to sneak into the sewers. Grobo promptly trashed the space-ship for landing on his wife's flowers, and so the band was stuck on a medieval world.

A year later, our brave heroes had managed to build themselves a small community. A raiding group of goblins who were caught trying to steal some supplies then proved to be the perfect players to teach The Rocking Rodents Blood Bowl. Longing to be famous again, and to make enough money to hire a powerful enough wizard to send a distress call to their agent, the Rocking Rodents now is one of many teams competing for fame and fortune around the world!
