The Asylum at Har Ganeth was a permanent fixture for decades. Under the control of the exceptionally cruel Dr. Notroth Malek it prospered, housing the mentally ill and providing Naggaroth's top alchemists with a constant supply of unwilling (but heavily sedated) guinea pigs. However, after Dr. Malek's unfortunate 'accident' (few men turn their back on <b><a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=1754324">Mad Hettie</a></b> and survive) the Institution fell under the more benign stewardship of Dr. Johnathon Hotek. His removal of compulsorary electro-shock treatment and emphasis on rehabilitation had an almost immediate effect. Without their daily dosage of drugs many patients showed remarkable signs of progress. Indeed, when he introduced "monday match night" - where the most responsive patients were able to watch live Bloodbowl on the Asylum's battered, black and white crystal ball - it changed Har Ganeth forever. It was only a matter of days before the disgruntled, unimproving inmates staged a successfull massacre of all the staff and, for good measure, the rehabilitated patients. Keen to experience the joys of Bloodbowl firsthand, the more psychotic of the patients formed the Har Ganeth Mentalists, enlisting Dr. Hotek as their coach. With Coach Hotek - high above the pitch in his padded cage - knowing that losing means electro-shock (whereas victory means less electro-shock) the Mentalists play to win. What they lack in skill and tactical knowledge, they make up with enthusiasm and a near-suicidal desire to score. Spurred on by the screaming, cage-rattling crazies of The Asylum, The Mentalists never play for the draw. The fans are a pretty tough crowd - 11 wins and 5 losses has seen an overall +1 on FF.
