After a succesful start in Blood Bowl this team was so drunk with confidence that they met doom - twice.

Having taken a little easy on the forest wines before the match 11 happy wood elves stepped upon the field against a team of vampires - what seemed a walkover ended in fatalities as the team apothecary failed to revive a fallen wood elf.
The game was generally characterized by the excessive drinking, that the models had put for a day (remember, they are so slim that they cannot drink much) - which resulted in several missed dodges and go-for-it's - the beating was such that the coach believed a comeback could be made...

He was mistaken - sorely mistaken.

A dark elf team had spotted the nack for liquoer, that had earlier been displayed and had made sure, that a great funeral party wass thrown in honour of the deceased model. This resulted in much more funerals during the teams next match...

Three totally drunk models where killed, alas one were saved by the team medic, and two others injured. The game was a disaster - crowned only by the fact, that the officials had been bribed to award the MVP to one of the dead players.

Now we are on our way back, and the catwalks shall again see these skinny and scrawny woodlings tread their steps. But only the future will tell if they can keep their hands of that good forest wine...
