The <a href='http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=teams&group=&race=5&order=5&nav=1'>oldest</a> active (Ranked) Dwarf team on FUMBBL (Games Played) A group of hounourable Dwarfs from the 'hold formed their first team and logically named it Earth and Iron - the only things deserving of their trust. They forgot to let anyone know however, and with such a low fan factor the dishonour of the other BloodBowl teams out there meant they would not be accepted for games. So they reformed and told the whole hold about it - and gave themselves a new name - Ground and Iron - which is possibly even more Dwarven than the first. 1st 100 games: (28/27/45) 2nd 100 games: (38/20/42) 3rd 100 games: (27/22/51) 31/3/09: Killed <a href='http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=3613331'>this</a> player on a foul fittingly ;) - his 192nd game! ;) 20/08/09 <a href='http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=6401224'>Ron</a> made it to 116 SPP with an MVP - surpassing <a href='http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=5627069'>Orgror Headsmasher's </a> previous team record of 113 SPP 27/09/09 <a href='http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=6401224'>Ron Rubyknuckle</a> makes two cas in a game versus undead taking him to 129 spp - a team record. He niggles on his aging roll and is retired. - the team could not afford to keep on supporting his large TR requirements 16/01/10 <a href='http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=7152114'>Andrew '</a> makes it to 131 SPP with a touchdown in a Warpstone Open Round 1 defeat to orcs. Now officially the team's greatest ever star (even though I miss Ron's stand firm, blodge craziness) - but the challenge for him is to lead his team to tournament success. Retired <a href='http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&id=2937305'>this</a> Orc team after head coach Lizvis lost a bet concerning what had happened during the match: 15/03/10 Awful coaching from Lomack contrives to lose the team <a href='http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&id=2964881'>this</a> match versus amazons in the UI VI first round. Consecutive 1st round exits are truly shameful - and means Andrew''s retirement plans for after that major are put on hold as he never even made an appearance. Next match and even more sleeping whilst coaching leads to a turnover and <a href='http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=7152114'>Andrew '</a> being crowdpushed - RIP - team detroyed! ;) - but never retired! <a href='http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&id=3008098'>This</a> game set me back once agian - my AG4 longbeard and AG4 runner both ripped. I must learn to be more careful with my players for the sake of the franchise.
