Modern life in Naggarond is fast-paced, and slave and torture quotas rise constantly. Whether Witch Elf, sorceror or lowly pirate, everyone in Dark Elf society is starting to feel the pressure.

The Naggaroth Healing Sect was set up by command of the Witch King to keep the Dark Elf population healthy, sound of mind and capable of inflicting anguish upon everyone that they should meet. For most, the organisation was a boon, nursing injured elves back to health and sending them back into their lives with a renewed sadomasochistic glee. Some, however, became dependent upon the organisation and the substances that it offered free of charge.

With the newest Witch King dismantling the NHS due to Naggaroth's increasing debts and weakening economy (the slave trade being restricted due to newfangled concepts of "rights of the being"), these addicted individuals are having to find new ways to fund their opiate habits. This up-and-coming group of drug-addled sadists will stop at nothing in their quest for gold, glory and everlasting prescriptions!
