With the death of the minotaur Storstark the Beerhall Blitzers decided to go for a bit more stable alterantive with the brutish ogre Grom. The bulky basher will be used mainly to stall opponents and break up cages.

Bjarn is a berserker. In most situations this would make him stand out as a colorful character, but in the Beerhall Blitzers he is just one of many. He loves his skirmishes though and is always ready to lend a helping hand or boot in the midst of the battle.

Ragnar the Rager is a tremendously fast runner and he looks like a flaming arrow with his bright red beard when he sprints across the pitch. This norseman bears the marks of a promising scorer, but can also hold his own in a brawl.

Wulf was the only member of the Beerhall Blitzers that showed any greater potential in the early matches and was unanimously elected team captain. He likes to lead from the front lines and is often found deep in the thick of battle, lashing out at everyone that comes near.

Hiva is the thrower of the Beerhall Blitzers, and is starting to develop into a passable player. Amongst the Blitzers a position away from the direct battle is often viewed as cowardice, but Hiva has won the respect of his team members by scoring well on casualties.

Sadly Hiva's wife doesn't respect him as much as his teammates and is often found flirting with the other Beerhall clientele. It takes so much time for Hiva to go around bashing skulls to discourage people from trying their luck with her that it sometimes keeps him off the pitch.

Skjorn has a collection of scars that would impress even a veteran black orc. Given his choice of career he likely has plenty of future scars to look forward to.

Skjorn has become so bitter over the Blitzers lack of success that he is nowdays mainly focusing on injuring his opponents.

Barsk is big and burly even for being a norseman and the fans have high hopes of him improving into a future star player.

Nobody knows why Magnus has a big phallos on his helmet, but many suspect that it is tied to why the somewhat feminine norseman seem to linger so long in the dressing room.

Magnus was infected by a flesh eating virus from a nurgle rotter and the disease is slowly killing him. He has decided to remain amongst the Blitzers though, even if the virus sometimes keeps him from the pitch.

Bjaldir is a mean tempered viking, known for never leaving a tavern without initiating a proper bar fight. Many were surprised when it turned out that this violent brute was also the most technically adapt at handling the ball. Blessed with supreme strength and great agility Bjaldir bears the marks of a super star player, but sadly the many barfights have worn him down and sometimes his many minor injuries keeps him from the pitch.

Jarl was noticed by the clubs talent scouts when he was juggling with three razor sharp axes while still finding the time to drink heavily from his mead horn. A man with such talents should surely be able to handle the ball well and he was soon signed to the Beerhall Blitzers.

Strom barely even had time to join the Blitzers before he suffered a crippling injury. The norseman can still continue playing, but with a bad leg he is a given choice as an LOS punching bag.

The scarred norse warrior is now boasting an impressive looking eye patch after having his right eye gouged out by one of the meanest dirty players the Blitzers have encountered.

Stursk was purchased after the Blitzers embarassing display in their first Smack, to give the team some added offensive abilities.

He put on an amazing display in his second match, which won him the heart of many of the Blitzer fans. The norse catcher obviously has a lot of potential if he can stay alive long enough to utilize it.
