CHAMPIONSHIPS / OPENS

 - 7 championship / open events are sported by the FBBF (FUMBBL
   Blackbox Federation).

 - Each event consists of 4 tournaments with 16 slots each and will
   be run as weekly knockout tournaments

 - A coach can apply to each tournament with one team

 - There are 4 TR-brackets with 4 different maximum TR-limits:
   TR 150 (Open 1), TR 175 (Open 2), TR 200 (Open 3) and
   Unlimited (Championship)

 - TR-floor for the Championship is TR 150

 - 4 slots are allocated to the 4 host teams with the highest FF
   (tie-breaker: TR, application date)

 - The remaining slots are assigned to teams by TR
   (tie-breaker: application date)

 - A team can not participate if its TR exceeds the highest host
   race TR

 - The TR-brackets for the 3 Opens are allocated to races by their
   last season's Majors performances
   (points / number of participants, win = 2 points, draw = 1 point)

 - 2 Masters events are hosted by the FBBF each season

 - A master consists of up to 64 teams and will be run as weekly
   knockout tournaments (if there are less than 64 applicants,
   the tournament will run with 32 (or 16) teams)

 - Each coach can apply with any one team.

 - TR-floor: TR 175

 - 16 (8/4) slots allocated to those host teams with highest FF.

 - The remaining slots are allocated by TR to host and neutral race
   teams.

 - Teams from unsolicited races are only considered if there are less
   than 64 (32/16) valid applicants from the host and neutral race.

 - Teams from unsolicited races must not exceed the TR of the host
   team with the highest TR
   (if this would lead to a tournament with less than 64 (32/16)
   applicants, consider unsolicited applicants one by one, starting
   with lowest TR teams first)

 - FF+1

 - Championship / Masters:
   A slot for the upcoming Altdorf Pro-League Invitational

 - All 9 events to be launched in non-Major months (Chaos Pact Masters
   preferrably hold during winter, Alliance Masters during summer)

 - FBBF could be anything (e.g. FBBA - FUMBBL Blackbox Association)
