Background

The Lahmians were the last of the great Vampire families to involve themselves in the game of Bloodbowl. For years they just lay in the shadows, infiltrating the highest positions in society, feeding off the rich and powerful.

As the sport grew in popularity so did the money and the Lahmian Queens greed forced her hand. She commanded her sisters to enslave the greatest human Bloodbowl players in The World and bring back all the riches they can. They will not stop until her palace is adorned with all the major Bloodbowl trophies and riches on offer.

Rationale

This team was built on the principal that Lahmian Vampires are slightly faster more agile but weaker vampires compared to the other families, they also aren't typically the warring type, they are more stealthy. So lowering their St by one was straight forward. Improving their agility would have been too great a buff, so giving them Dodge was the obvious choice. It gives them more reliability at the dodging and running game which they should play. Increasing their Ma by 1 as well fits with the idea they are faster more agile vampires.

I gave the team Human Linemen and Human Blitzers to make the roster a little more unique and also because it felt appropriate that Human players would be bewitched by the Lahmians and they have their pick of the finest thralls. This also has strong ties in the background of Lahmians. They were allowed to take hero thralls from other armies and are often talked about as infiltrating society at the highest levels.
