Background
Morr is the god of the dead in the Old World Pantheon and rules of the realm of the dead. His Cult is devoted to ensuring the dying move on to the realm of the dead in peace. They attend funerals and guard graveyards throughout the Old World, warding off Necromancers, the Undead and the influence of Chaos. Though the cult has a huge following in the realms of man most of their followers are dedicated to performing the necessary rites of the dead and their presence on the Blood Bowl pitch only became worthy of note when Vampire teams and teams fronted by Necromancers started winning games, fans and sponsorships.
The Cult of Morr Teams wear black armour adorned with skulls, and are fronted by highly dexterous and skilled Vampires Hunters and the indominable Black Guard; Knights of Morr equipped in massive plate mail obsidian armour. The team is devoted to destruction of Vampires and anything that perverts the natural order of death.
Rationale
I decided to give Morr Cultists the standard Human stat line. They are Humans of the Empire, and the cult of Morr has many well equipped followers. Also it is the most fitting stat line for balance reasons.
Vampire Hunters in the Warhammer world are typically human knights that have suffered family loses at the hands of vampires and sworn an oath to hunt down Vampires and kill them. They generally work alone, and are more like trackers or detectives, finding where Vampires may lurk before hunting them down. However in the Cult of Morr there are bands of Vampire hunters that are skilled trackers, stealthy, and agile hunters that work in a team to hunt Vampires. They are similar to witch hunters, but not quite as strong and powerful. Witch Hunters are more elite than Morr Vampire Hunters, though Vampire hunters are slightly more dexterous, not enough to warrant PA2+ but I felt giving them access to P skills is enough to describe this developmental option. Their stat lines are the same, though the Witch Hunters of Cult of Sigmar teams start with Block to emphasise that are stronger, more elite at combat, while Vampire Hunters have Shadowing to show they are more stealthy and skilled trackers. Stab represent the stakes they carry, they will get a stakes special rule if it is ever re-introduced in the game.
Black Guard I decided to design in a similar way to Chaos Warriors, they are elite Knights, and have huge obsidian armour to protect them, though unlike Chaos Warriors this armour is enough to encumber them, so I gave them lower Ag and Pa. Iron Hard skin represents the Obsidian armours special qualities and also the sheer size of the armour.
