Note: You can test most of the following in solo mode, and it might be a good idea to save everyone some times ;)
You can do almost everything that is available IRL. There is often two options, right clic and select an action or via the mouse and shortcuts. I'll cover both but I strongly advice to stick with the mouse and shortcuts ... It makes the game faster and more enjoyable.
Draw and put a card on the table
Right clic on the table, look at the popup and options you got. Select "draw a card" or press ctrl + D and right clic on the card you got. Again take some time to look at what is available to you and then clic and drag the card in play or select "Put Card to play". You can move it around as you like by clic and drag. It's up to you to decide how you arrange your cards on the table.
Tap / Untap
Now right clic on the card you played and same, look at the available options. Draw and play some other cards, you can now select a group of cards by a left clic and drag or by keeping the shift key pressed and selecting them one by one. Now right clic on one card and select tap, or keep the alt key pressed and clic on one of the cards. All the cards are now taped. Press Ctrl + U or right clic on the table and select "untap my permanents". All of them are untaped.
Toy around with the library
Now put those cards back to your library (under your name on the left part of the screen), to do so select them all again, right clic on one and select "Put Card on Top of Library" or drag and drop one of them into your library. Then press Ctrl + S to shuffle. Right clic on your library and select "My Library" (Note: of course you shouldn't do that during a game unless asked by a card), you can now see all your deck. You can drag and drop the card you want in play or in your hand, or as usual you can right clic on it and select the matching option.
Other game elements
Under the library you can see an icon wich looks like a hand with some cards. You can right clic and look at the options. Under that icon there is another, it's your graveyard. And under it again another icon, that's where you add cards to remove them from play. Try a right clic on your name now. You can add/remove life from your total that way.
Game phases
Let's move to the center of the screen. Here is a very important tool. Several icons, they are used to know what's the current phase in a turn. If the slim yellow bar is above them it's your turn, if it's under them it's your opponent's turn. To go the next phase press Ctrl + space, you can also simply clic where you want to go.
More Details
Now place the cursor on the first phase and look in the upper right of the screen. Read the tips and move to the next phase until you read everything. It will take some times (2 minutes huh) but it's quite insightful.
