You cannot join Academy at the moment it is closed.
If you want to play in the the 145 Club Rookie League you need to create a new team in the [L]eague division.
Kick off is Friday!
You can ask for help or training games in #FumbblAcademy though you will need to use [L]eague or [R]anked teams. |

Go to the group (link above) and on the group members page, scroll to the bottom. In the dropdown menu, find your team that you want to join the league, and click 'apply for membership'. |

Yay thank you! As a side note. Gamefinder doesn't seem to work for me. I can click the green tick but then the little spinny thing just keeps spinning indefinitely and the game doesn't start. Is the spinner just waiting for the other person? |

Which team is that with? You're unlikely to find a game with a League team on gamefinder. It's mostly for Ranked teams. To get games in the Rookie League, use PMs, or IRC.
But no, the spinner should disappear and then either leave a green tick to show you've accepted the match, or take you to the 'start game' screen if the opponent accepts too. |

Gamefinder doesn't seem to work very well for [L]eague games.

Only [L]eague division teams can play in the 145 Club. But you can also ask members if they want to play you in a ranked game if you cannot get a league game organised.
That may be better than getting scalped on gamefinder.  |
