If you're looking for the GW game, I think DonTomaso nailed it. There was also an earlier, simpler version just called "Battle Cars" which could explain the odd translation.
Dark Future also had 2 supplements, While Line Fever - expanded vehicle creation, mostly - and Dead Man's Curve - an expansion that was only published in two parts in White Dwarf which covered campaign rules.
Also, moving this to off-topic. |

writing reports about missions, is revealing top secret information
revealing top secret information is treason
treason is punishable by death, citizen.

Paranoia; Dark Future; Circus Imperium; and even second edition Blood Bowl …
Yeah, there were good games back then. |

Dear citizen,
If you have followed this thread until now, and are below violet security clearance, please report to the nearest computer console.
Have a nice day.
And remember:
The computer is your friend. All hail the computer.
(Yes, I know Paranoia. And I enjoyed immensely. Great game... )

How many clones you still have?
PS Car Wars was heap cool, that period for RPG/Wargame was epic, it was the age before Magic. |

And to also add to the list of obscure RPGs that were heaps of fun, especially with considerable alcohol percentages in the blood stream:
How about:
Macho Women With Guns (in which you could play one of three main classes: a Macho Woman with Guns, a Renegade Nun on Wheels, or a Bimbo from Hell.)
or even better:
Bunnies and Burrows (in which, yes I am serious, you could play... a rabbit.)

If you have a craving for Bunnies and Burrows but no friends who share your desire for WABBIT KOMBAT! you can always try Lugaru.
Fantastically great shareware fighting game done by a single independent developer. Control scheme is odd but quite fun once you get the hang of it. Check out some of the info on Lugaru II while you're there, currently in development. |

A game idea aimed at Chavs who want to be geeks maybe.
EDIT: Now warhammer quest, that would be awesome for this type of game, I mean, we all creat a hero and build him up, or even create a whole party for ourselves, I would love that to happen, me, joining with 3 or 5 of u guys and goin on an adventure hehe, but obvioulsy, u can't do that, I mean, who would control the monsters in the dungeons. Anyway, Am gonna stop now as I'm randomly typing threw boredom.............
/wonders off into the dark mumbling "must play blood bowl" |
