Season 17 was another close season, with Sinister Duskriders coming out on top, and some interesting events with the promotions.
With Bacillen taking a break next season, there were two Premier wildcard spots, the first being taken by Patrician's Northern Blight on 24 points, and the second going to a 4 way tie on 22 points. justbob's Aberration Theatre took the place in a very close playoff between the leaders on head-to-head results.

Updated version of the SWL Guide is up. If you're new and looking at possibly drafting, or if you want a better idea of what goes on in the SWL Divisions, have a read. If something's not clear, give me a holler so I can fix it up for everyone else. |

Can some admin type confirm they got my draft email? just like to be sure that it sent properly rather than get to the draft and be all like "What about me!? It isn't fair! I've had enough now I want..." Seriously. Nobody wants me to go all Shanon Nowl (Nole? Knowl? bah who cares). |

Also, can some admin type confirm why the forfeit between Bacillen and Twahn resulted in Flo staying in Prem? ...the Blight would be much happier facing off against the daring and slightly less bashy humies |

Eh? Sniveling? MOI?
I just wanted to know the reason why my norse will die at the hand of Flo, rather than Twahn
and I'd say quite a few "Sniveling imposters" managed to sneak their way into Prem the past few seasons...what's one more? |

Eh? I don't get?
I'm on 19 points, and I beat KFC so I acually came 3rd overall.
S'far as I know that qualifies for Prem....? |

It was United who forfeited to the Crash, which cost them a league point.
Though the table shows them finishing on 12, which...um...
2 wins = 10
2 draws = 4
2 losses = 2
1 forfeit = -1
Should be 15 ?
Or am I foncused...?
Less than 16 points for Flo & Old Bug in any case. |

I think the scoring was changed to 0 points for a loss.
5 Win
2 Draw
0 Loss
-1 Forfeit.
Still doesn't add up to 12 though.... |

Ah..I see. My confusion was that I thought Bacillen would forfeit to Twahn, thus giving the Carlton 5 points. At my last check, Carlton were on 14, but since the forfeit they seem to have dropped to 12.
2 Wins = 10
2 Draws = 4
2 Losses = 0
= 14
And if Twahn had got the forfeit points, he'd be on 19.
Anyway, if Twahn forfeitted to Bacillen, then the question's answered.
Bad Twahn, BAD! |

oh... yeah
The site gave Carlton -2 for the forfeit.
The same reason the site gave 10 pts for the forfeit win to bacillen and me needing to get the fumbbl admins to fix the winner up. |
