ROBOTS
Clockwork Giant 0-2 130k
2 5 2 10
Mighty Blow, Thick Skull, Bone Head, Big Guy, Very Long Legs, Break Tackle, Sure Feet - S
Robot big guy. Has to roll to stand up, but this is countered by starting with break tackle and having high av. The break tackle skill represents the robots ability to step over other players with its long legs.
Hover Robot 0-2 70k
7 2 4 7
Thick Skull, Pogo Stick, Sidestep, No Hands, -Str - G A
A fast agile player without ball handling abilities. Supposed to be used as a blitzer. The -str in the skill list represents that he is technically a str3 player suffering a -str injury, allowing him to take mightyblow on doubles, and possibly becoming str5 should he be lucky enough to roll 3 +str(0.068% chance, if he makes it to legend status).
Originally a skaven creation, but tweaked slightly by the goblins to allow it to leap around and overcharge it warpstone engine to allow extra movement (gfi's).
Robot 0-16 40k
5 2 3 7
Dodge, Stunty, Thick Skull - A
Robot lineman. They have thickskull, representing their tough inorganic bodies. They cannot be thrown like most stunties, as their metal body makes them very heavy.
Star Player Spinbot 100(50)k
3 7 1 7
Thick Skull, Ball & Chain, Mighty Blow
Expensive, doesnt get alot of movement, but has mighty blow. Great for killing treemen!
Star Player "AI Bob" 140(70)k
6 3 4 7
Dodge, Pass Block, Shadowing, Undead, Regenerate
Another star player. Has passblock and shadowing, representing his ability to quickly learn from his opponents actions and predict them. The undead and regeneration skill represents the fact that he repairs himself, but is to complex for the teams apothecary to be able to repair.
Rerolls - 60k
Apothecary - Yes
The apothecary is more like a mechanic, rewiring damaged circuitry and welding severed limbs back in place
Wizard - Rune Smith (or no wizard if it doesnt work in the client for some reason)
Almost forgot the fluff
Goblin mechanics and Skaven engineers decided to team up and build an army of robots, but there were "complications", and the Goblins and Skaven never completed the robots. The few robots that were completed and the group of engineers that build them decided to form a bloodbowl team to raise funds to continue the project. Thus the robot bloodbowl team was born!
Edit: Hover bot -str +ma
Edit: Provided more fluff for Hoverbot, added Spinbot and Rocketbot
Edit: Updated everything to match the stunty compendium version of the team. |

Maybe to overcome that give -all- of them apart from AI Bob good ol' Bonehead due to the fact that they were never really completed and therefore the instructions sometimes don't get from the CPU to body part.

when i said they werent completed, i meant they werent completed quantity-wise, not quality-wise
I suppose i could take off a point of strength and add on a point of movement for the hoverbot, to balance him out a bit |

Where's the ultra destructive multi-purpose Mech with chainsaws for arms, rocket launchers (bombs) and a catapult for lopping the ball or team mate deep down field (Blunderbuss and TTM)?
EDIT: If this team has indeed been cooked up by a sinister colaboration between skaven and goblins, I would expect more wacky designs of wantom destruction. |

Sounds fun, really like the idea of a robot team! But could be fun to give the Clockwork Giant rocket launchers as istarios said. |

no one would freeboot a ball&chain with only 3 movement. no one wil freeboot a wildanimal with that stats and no block or tackle...
what should be the use of the hover-bots? they are only useful if you get a double. till then they are out by 10+ (due to secret weapon)
think about the tactic you can do with them. is it a destructiv team (like cflings or nurgs)? is it for scoring fast (like fairies or eshin)? is it pure strength (like snots or squigs)? or is the team for chaotic fun (like cheaters and snots)? powergamer (gobos, flings)? or longliving characters (skryries, gnomes). then they need a theme. all with thickskull? high AV?
here my suggestions:
Give all of them Stand Firm as typical robot skill
So the biggie wil stay as it is, but instead of Break Tackle he gets Standfirm
2 5 2 10
Mighty Blow, Thick Skull, Bone Head, Big Guy, Very Long Legs, Stand Firm, Sure Feet - G S
Hoover Robots: Make them dirty, they can have General skills, but are weak
7 1 4 7
Stand Firm, Pogo Stick, No Hands - AG (Mutations on Doubles)
Robot 0-16 40k (i know this is risky, SF and stunty, but maybe this would be a new way of stunty! )
5 2 2 7
Dodge, Stunty, Right Stuff, Stand Firm - A
And of corse the big cannon: (instead of the freebooters)
Cannonrobot 0-1 80k
1 4 3 8
Stand Firm, Bombs, Pass, Allways Hungry, Throwing Team Mate - S
Star Player "AI Bob" 80k (instead of Undead i gave him Stand Firm)
6 3 3 7
Dodge, Stunty, Pass Block, Shadowing, Sidestep, Stand Firm, Regenerate
RRs maybe for 70K then
what you mean?

Stand firm on a Stunty is broken, so I'd play these guys... maybe give them 2 AG to compensat? |
