145 Bone Dry Cup kicks off Thursday 1st August 2024.

The season ends at midnight 15th September.

For those that don't already know, the 145 Leagues are aimed at newer coaches or those looking to improve.

This is a laid back open league. Play any opponent in any order at any time. Schedule games in advance if you find that easier.
No fixed number of games. Play as many as you wish. Though your best "sprint" of 8 consecutive games is what will be counted.
You may enter multiple teams.
Each team may only play against the same team twice.


Newer coaches may use ANY official team. Experienced or "graduated" coaches may only choose from a restricted set of teams.

Get more info in the 145 discord

Your best 8 consecutive results count.

Get those teams ready and sign them up.


All teams MUST be created from the 145 home page.

Teams must be new (zero games played) to join the current league.



Please add your team name to the recuitment thread when you have signed up.

Hi Coahes,

We need four more teams for Rookie Cup IV . We will kick off as soon as we have eight.

Teams need TR 100 or less. They do NOT have to be brand new.

Brand new teams should have a minimum fan factor of 6.
