Wanting to kick out of bounds is a fairly hypothetical situation and not very likely to happen much. It would, in my opinion, be fine to simply not allow that.
Another option would be to have a special out of bounds overlay icon near the edge where the ball is going out. This would, of course, have to take into account the situation where the on-board scatter is near the same edge.
Either way, it's a problem that can be solved. |

what about the rare situation where you have to kick out of bound due to the angles, in this case, i guess it just happens automatically |

Absolutely. If there is no choice, the coach shouldn't be asked anything. |

the only time i could see a out of bounds kick being useful is if u are playing against so few players and you want an opposing player on the LOS with the Ball. Perhaps with DT or tents around... who knows |

Another alternative would be if the ball would land on a player otherwise. |

Kicking out of bounds can definitely be a smart play in some scenarios, such as making sure the ball is closer to you on a decimated receiving team (3 players left on LoS), or if the player puts his hole line on the LOS, or depending on offensive formation etc. etc.
