rules of LRB5 - if a layer is apohed to playness again, they're put in reserve, unless it's against a KO |

The old apo lets you ignore the injury on a 2+, the new apo is similar, in that you roll a second injury and choose the one you want. If one of the two injuries is a BH, then you can choose that, and like the old apo, the injury is ignored. Unlike lrb4, the healing takes place off field so you have to wait for a kickoff to get to use the player again. |

Yeah, not many like the new apothecary rules, myself included, but they are here to stay, for a while at least. At least it was back to a BH and not a RIP again as that's happened to me many times over. I suppose this is the price we pay for no ageing. |

If you are talking about "sense", the old rule have to be worse than the new one.
A killed player, gets healed to perfection in the fraction of a second and is fully awake and ready to play as soon as he is able to stand up. Being better off than if he had gotten a stunning blow.
Another thing that is not making sense is posting complaints without reading the rulebook first. |

for anyone who doesnt have the current ruleset (looking at noone in particular) and would like to read the rules at some point they are available as a free download from the website of a well known manufacturer of table top and roleplaying games. To avoid any confusion you would want the rules called Competiton Rules (not lrb5, lrb5+ lrb6 lrb73 or any other variant) |
