Solution (found by BlueDevil420)
Honorable mention to Smeat who did much of the hard work !!!
MODUS OPERANDI
Move Lineman: N12->H12
Blitz with lineman on thrower: I11->G13 push to H13 and move out of the way
Pass action with thrower: Thrower picks up (SH reroll), dodges (Team-reroll), throws to Catcher at K10 (Pass reroll, catch reroll)
Block with Blitzer on catcher: R7 on S8, push to S9 (follow up)
Block with Lineman on lineman: P8 on Q8, push to r9, chain red catcher to s9, chain blue catcher to t10
Move Frenzy Blitzer: L10 -> R7
Block with Guard Blitzer on lineman: Q7 on R8, push to S9, chain red catcher to T9 (follow up)
Block with lineman: U11 on T10, push to T9, chain to T8
Block with blitzer on lineman: R10 on S9, push to T8, chain red catcher to T7
Handoff with catcher: Move from K10 to S7, handoff to other catcher at T7 (in 1 TZ from lineman),(Catch reroll)
Move Catcher: T8 -> Z8 (dodge reroll) |

- L10 > G12 blitzes G13 > G14 (exG14 > H15) frenzy G14 > G15
- U11 > S7
- P8 blocks Q8 > R7 (exR7 > S6)
- Q7 blocks R7 > S8 (exS8 > S9)
- H10 picks up the ball and > I10 passes (pass RR) to S6 (team RR to catch)
- S6 > Z6
3x2DB + 1 pass + 1 catch(RR) 9 players activated
EDIT: arf it seems I'm late  but if right (which is a big "IF"), my answer looks simpler |

You're right - no need to use the extra man to force the chain if you're not going to clear both away w/ frenzy.
Problem with doing it all in your head and not on a board. Grats! (and you're welcome that I solved the rest.)  |

Risk management
Fruit is ripe, there are many ways to score. Now, which of your four catchers will get all the glory? Or maybe that blitzer? Or why not that lineman? Find the less risky way to succeed.
Generic human teams with their usual stats
B= Blitzers, T=Throwers, C=Catchers, L=Linemen
Rules :
Pink is Guard.
All 2 dice blocks will result in pushes only.
Interception attempts will succeed.
Everything else will fail.
Team reroll and skill rerolls allowed
Rerolls convert:
Any roll into a (3).
2 dices block into POW.
1 dice block into PUSH.
2 dices block against into BOTH DOWN.
Solution notation:
Write your score (example: 4 (2D) blocks, 1 (3+ pass), 2 (3+) dodge, 9 players activated). |

Rules say you can spend the RR to make it bounce in direction "3". 
(I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that if your solution relies on a "lucky bounce", the bounce - and solution - both fail.)
K, I think I have "a" solution...
Not going to print it all out - if I'm wrong, I'll know it, that's all that matters.
Semi-Spoiler:
R10 blocks down (follow), upper Lineman blitzes to above ball (follow) & chain to below left Blitzer, lino up to assist, Catcher blocks to clear Guard, Blitzer blocks to clear 2nd guy.
Then Guard in to below ball, Catcher blocks down, Catcher moves from endzone to cancel defensive assist @ U7, blitzer blocks and clears last TZ from ball.
Thrower passes, dodge, RR for GFI.
= 11 players, 5 blocks, pickup/throw/catch (all skills), gfi (RR).
Edit - nope, flawed, nm.
Hmmm... starts off looking easy, then... not quite so easy.
(@ Mr. B - btw - You letter A-Z from left to right, I wish you'd number 1-15 from top to bottom. Maybe it's just me, but...) <shrugs> |
