Hey all. I've got a conundrum with
'Speedy' Delb Baconshire of the Greenfield Rumblers. Doubles on top of +ag for a PFling Catcher offers opportunites to make a unique player. I've narrowed it down to the three options in the Poll.
Block, because it's obviously awesome and provides the best long-term survivability.
Strip Ball, this would make him so much better than any Borrower as to be ridiculous.
Dump Off, with two other NOS players on the team (including 'Lightning' Griddlefire) the Rumbler running game would be nigh impossible to stop. Well, not that they have much trouble scoring as it is!
If some other option seems better than what's in the poll, let me know. Thanks! |

Block makes the most sense to me because he will ball carry a lot. Strip ball is fun and I can see sure hands as well to make him the ball retriever, but block seems most natural. |

I see it as you only have 2 choices...
either take Block or you take Block, its quite a decision, get yer treeman to flip a fling to decide... |

To hell with block, mighty blow on any stunty is the absolute business. Take it now before anyone else tries to bore you to death with block. |

well, block seems the obvious choice, but there are a lot of things you could do with dumpoff - for example - run two catchers up into no tacklezones - the ball carrier gets blitzed, ag5 can do a quick dumpoff pass to the other one who now cant be blitzed...
or, just be boring and get block |

Block.
Taking Dump Off, and utilizing it, simply signs his death certificate. I'd gladly let you pull that stunt if it meant I could hit that player and then foul him if the block was not enough. |

Block all the way. Let him survive a turn longer and score. |

Well, I still think Strip Ball would be a strong contender but I guess I'll just do the boring thing and take block.
The response to Dump Off is one of the reasons why the Borrower isn't a well-liked positional. |
